Inside the scoring

0 scoring contacts
Scored contactGuard contact · 0 points

Stronger qualifying contact earns more points. The scoreboard shows three decimals; expand an event for its calculation.

How are contact points awarded?

A glove, foot, or shin must contact the opponent’s head, torso, abdomen, or thigh. Points = min(2, impulse in N·s × 0.05 × target multiplier). Thighs count ×0.5; other scoring targets count ×1. A 5 N·s contact earns 0.250 points to the head or body, or 0.125 to a thigh.

It must close at ≥0.5 m/s, deliver ≥0.5 N·s, last ≤120 ms, and follow ≥40 ms of separation for that striking surface. Points appear after separation, or at the final frame.

This measures physical contact. A held glove can score if the opponent moves into it; an attack command is not required. Guard contacts earn zero. At the time limit, more points wins. A valid fall or damage stoppage takes priority.

Contact points are separate from the leaderboard rating. Full rules →

Different seeds. Better evidence. Challenges run best of three. Calibration uses both starting sides for each configured seed; only calibration changes rankings.
